Lawyer specialising in Patent Law and IP Management

In this exciting and varied role, you will be working together with Executive Management (CEO, COO) and the Head of Technical Research & Development, as well as supporting these positions in all legal issues relating to patents and IP management. Your responsibilities will range from assisting in the formulation of patents, drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements, to the entire field of IP Management. And therefore, technology in an international context shouldn’t send you running for the hills!

Your tasks:

  • Participation in the preparation of patent applications and the consequent follow-up
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts (focus on IT, IP and software contracts), as well as cooperation agreements pertaining to technology partnerships
  • Responsibility for non-disclosure agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Establishment and supervision of IP management for the protection and safeguarding of intellectual property rights
  • Supporting Executive Management in extensive legal issues

Your profile:

  • Completed law studies
  • Detailed knowledge in the field of patent law / IP management
  • Interest in helping to solve complex technical issues, especially in the context of the railway industry, as well as the legal support required in this regard
  • Excellent correspondence skills in German and English
  • Independent and precise way of working, as well as interest in a broad range of tasks
  • Willingness to undergo ongoing training in our areas of activity
  • You find occasional business trips to be a pleasant addition to your everyday office routine
